Ben-Gurion Airport-Modi’in railway line, Segment G

Client: joint project with Hasharon Diggers as subcontractors for Ram Engineering for the Israel Railways Company Ltd.

Project description:

The project involved the building of four train bridges on the Ben-Gurion Airport-Modi’in line, two agricultural crossings, reinforced ground walls, and earthworks and infrastructures for a 7.5 km long section. Three of the bridges and one of the agricultural crossings were effected with prefabricated beams; the second agricultural crossing was cast onsite; and the fourth bridge – 540 m long – was constructed using partly the launching method and partly onsite casting.

Cost: NIS 104 million
